Wondering if anyone out there has a recipe for the old gingerbread house stone from PC years ago. Thanks so much!
 
Gingerbread Recipe
3 cups flour
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/2 cup veg. shortening
1/2 cup molasses
1 egg
In large mixing bowl, beat shortening and sugar until blended. Add molasses and egg; beat until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients. Shape dough into a ball and divide in two. Wrap each portion in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Press into mold. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes.
