Hi,

I'm still booking my first shows...my open house is next Saturday. I am interested in doing some Bridal Shows (especially since June is THE month for brides around here). I found three engagements in my local paper and was able to look up the bride-to-be's address.

Now what? I need to create a letter/invitation/explanation about why a PC wedding shower is so perfect (I would have LOVED to have one myself). Since I don't know these people, I don't have much else to go on except that first letter contact. How do you get started from here?

I'd love to see a few examples of letters, so I know what to work off of. I also don't have a PC website yet and I can't do the online registry until I get $1250 in sales. Should I just wait? I would really like to get this started for June, before my 90 days are up.

Thanks for any help!

To get started, you'll need to craft a compelling letter that explains why a PC wedding shower is such a great idea. Start by introducing yourself, explaining who you are and what you do. Then, explain the benefits of hosting a PC wedding shower, such as:- Offering the bride-to-be a unique and personalized gift set that reflects her individual tastes and interests - Providing guests with an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the couple's home and lifestyle - Creating a memorable event for the bride-to-be and her guests You could also include a few examples of the products you offer, and explain how they can be customized for the bride-to-be. Be sure to include details about the online registry, and how it makes it easy for guests to choose the perfect gifts for the couple. You may also want to include a special offer or discount code to encourage people to shop with you. Finally, include instructions on how to book an appointment with you, including contact information. Good luck!

Hi there,

Congratulations on booking your first shows and good luck with your open house next Saturday! I think it's a great idea to start looking into bridal shows, especially since June is a popular month for weddings.

As for reaching out to these potential brides, I would suggest starting with a warm and personalized letter. Introduce yourself and your business, and explain why you believe a PC wedding shower would be the perfect fit for them. You can mention your own experience with a PC wedding shower, as well as the benefits of having one (such as the convenience of an online registry and the high-quality products offered by PC).

Since you don't know these people personally, it's important to make a good first impression. Take some time to research the brides-to-be and mention something specific about them or their upcoming wedding in your letter. This will show that you have taken the time to get to know them and are genuinely interested in helping them have a great wedding shower.

As for not having a PC website or hitting the $1250 sales mark yet, I wouldn't let that stop you from reaching out to these potential customers. You can include information about your website and registry in your letter, and if they are interested, they can contact you for more details. And as for the sales requirement, just keep working towards it - it will come in time.

I'm not sure if I have any specific examples of letters, but I would suggest keeping it professional yet friendly, and always personalize it to each individual bride-to-be. I hope this helps and good luck with your bridal show endeavors!
