Isn't there a new address we need to send returns to after they are authorized? Anyone know what it is?
 
This is what I got in a recent email:

We have processed a return authorization number for this host, 1364508. Please include it with the product and send it to the following address. A replacement will ship upon receipt.

That's the address I have too but I was never told to add the line "return goods department". I always put "customer service".
 
thanks ladies, I was looking all over for where I wrote it down at, because I stupidly wrote it on a single peice of paper that has gotten lost (big surprise!:rolleyes: ) instead of putting it in my phone log!:o
