Hi! I have a fair coming up on Sept. 26th. I just sent in my supply order for the month, and like a dope, completely forgot to order any more Survey Drawing Slips. Does anyone have one or two pads of drawing slips that I could buy from you?

I have at least one you can have, but I'd suggest making your own and customizing them to the fair and the types of leads you're after. Here's an example of a bridal fair slip:

Name & info on top
I'd love informaton on a Pampered Chef Wedding Shower
I"d love some information on becoming a Pampered Chef Consultant earning commission, products & trips!(Great for wedding expenses!)
I'd love some information on The Pampered Chef's Wedding Registry, including registry rewards.
I'd love to host a cooking or catalog show of my own. (non-bridal related)

Here's a job fair:

It was on my Director's site, I'm not sure if it's Steve Wiltshire. I'm reading one of his books right now. There is another style there also.
