Is there an automated number at HO to retrieve your password? My new consultant who signed last night made a typo when entering her email address so she can't get the email from HO with her consultant number and p/w. And, HO is closed until Monday.

On another note....I CANNOT believe that HO is totally closed on the last day of the last month of the year...I'd be so upset if I had problems with a show that would earn me a trip or a promotion.
 
You can't retrieve your password from the automated number anymore. It was taken away a few years ago.The only way is to call HO and they will ask a series of security questions and then they will give the password. A consultant of mine had to do it last month on the last day to get a show in to stay within her 6 mos.

Thanks Colleen - my NED and I were just talking about this. She offered to make "a call" to get it - but it's not that big a deal, this girl can wait until Monday.
