Here's the updated recipe, thanks for noticing that!!:balloon:SummerG said:Oops, this version is missing the 2 oz of Parmesan cheese. I had printed it out and made it tonight and couldn't figure out why it said "additional parm cheese" because it wasn't on the list of ingredients. It was still really good and will be one of our family's new favorites. Thanks for posting!
Same problem with me tonight and I even added an extra noodle since I usually make my reg type with 9 noodles.BethCooks4U said:I made it last night and it was very soupy. What could I have done wrong? (I know I could simmer it longer but wanted to stay in the 29 minutes to truely test it.)
It tasted great though!! I am very fussy about lasagna (I love MY recipe) so was sceptical but will make it again.

I used turkey, since that's all I ever use in my reg. lasagna it was fine!Christ Follower said:Do you think ground beef or ground chicken would work okay for this?
jenniferknapp said:Would this recipe fit in the 10" skillet? I'm not sure whether I am going to invest in the 12" since I am getting the 10" in the set..... unless I earn it for FREE of course!
(and I have the same question about skillet cakes that everyone makes....)
I would say get whatever you use the most! Once you have kids (or make larger meals and freeze the rest), though, the family size skillet is the way to go!jenniferknapp said:Hmm alright thanks! I am getting the 5 and 7 pc sets this month, and not sure if I really need a 2nd skillet. Of course i'd rather have the 12 than the 10"....but because i'll already have that, not sure. I have a good set now, and I have pretty much those sizes, and I barely ever use them. (I use my saute pans much more)
Denarella said:Its such a tease reading this thread as a new consultant! There's no recipe I want to try more than this one but I dont have the 12 inch skillet yet....what a tease! LOL!

I got my skillet today! Guess what I am having for supper!!!Carissidy said:You guys rule! I just ordered my skillet today! and it will be here on the 5th I am so excited to try all the skillet recipes, Now I can't wait to try this! I love Lasagna!
So did you decide you are going to do PC part time now instead of retiring Jen? I hope so!jenniferknapp said:...you guys have my convinced. Instead of ordering the 7pc exec set, I ordered the 5pc and will earn the 12" skillet for free as soon as my latest points are posted!! Then, if I really think I need the other pans in the 7pc set, I still have time to throw a catalog show together this month! (I don't see the point in purchasing a 10 and 12" skillet)
