HI all,
I've been selected for the Alpine Lace House Party and am trying to make
things work PC too, and am wondering, I'm making Mocktails using this recipe......

Ingredients:
1 Cup cranberry juice
1/2 Cup club soda
splash of lime juice
ice
lime wedge or curl for garnish

Place ice in the bottom of a glass - Collins glasses work best since they are tall, but any shape glass will do. Add the cranberry juice, followed by the club soda. Add lime juice and stir. Add lime wedge to edge of glass for garnish.

You can also substitute Rose's Lime Juice for that of a regular lime to add a little sweetness and counter the tartness of the cranberry juice.

So do you think I can make a big batch in the QSP??

Thanks for any suggestions,

Lisa

I don't see why not. Multiply everything by 4...4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups club soda
1/2 to 1 cup lime juice

Frequently Asked Questions

What are mocktails, and why are they a great choice for the Alpine Lace House Party?

Mocktails are non-alcoholic beverages that mimic the flavors and presentation of traditional cocktails. They are a great choice for the Alpine Lace House Party because they cater to all guests, including those who prefer not to consume alcohol. Mocktails can be refreshing, creative, and fun, making them perfect for social gatherings.

What ingredients do I need to prepare mocktails for the party?

To prepare mocktails for the Alpine Lace House Party, you'll need a variety of ingredients such as fresh fruits (like berries, citrus, and melons), herbs (like mint and basil), mixers (like soda, tonic water, or juices), and garnishes (like fruit slices and edible flowers). Having a selection of these ingredients will allow you to create a diverse range of delicious mocktails.

Can I prepare mocktails in advance for the party?

Yes, you can prepare some components of the mocktails in advance. For instance, you can pre-chill juices, prepare fruit purees, or mix certain ingredients ahead of time. However, it's best to assemble the final mocktails just before serving to ensure freshness and carbonation, especially if you're using sparkling mixers.

What are some popular mocktail recipes I can try for the party?

Some popular mocktail recipes to try include a Virgin Mojito (made with mint, lime, and soda), a Berry Spritzer (with mixed berries and sparkling water), and a Citrus Fizz (using orange and lemon juice with tonic water). You can also get creative by mixing flavors and adding unique garnishes to make your mocktails stand out!

How can I make the mocktail experience more interactive for guests?

To make the mocktail experience more interactive, consider setting up a mocktail bar where guests can mix their own drinks. Provide a variety of mixers, garnishes, and recipe cards for inspiration. This allows guests to customize their drinks according to their preferences and encourages social interaction as they share their creations with one another.
