Does everyone keep every customer in their contact on P3 or not? I'm kinda lost as to how I should do this......I need to get caught up while I'm only 2 shows behind.
 
I don't use P3 yet, but I do keep every single customer in PP.
 
Yes, I do. In the order screen menu click the special shipping, bookings and more tab enter the address, etc. Then click the check this box to add to contact management. A screen will pop up to input a follow up date. HTH
