I have a question about the games mentioned. How do you play the "Right family" and "Queen of Shoppers" games? I am guessing that the winner of the "Television" game is the guest who finds the most television shows named in the story.
Thank you again for all of your ideas! I get energized to do more Pampered Chef after being on this site!

I give tickets for "participating" (helping with the recipe), when I'm talking about a product and a guest can tell everyone what page in the catalog it's on they get a ticket, or if they say "I have that and I LOVE it because..." they get a ticket. I also ask for two volunteers at the start of the show- a ticket giver outer and a recipe reader. These two guests each get an additional ticket for volunteering for their jobs. Then towards the end of the show, I do a "bonus round"- they can ask me any questions about my business and being a consultant, and they get a ticket for each question.
It's great because esp. with the catalog pages people get VERY competitive to be the first to find it and yell out the catalog page #! The biggest thing it does it just gets people to have fun and get involved, which is so important. It's simple and works well for me!!
Drawing slips are forms that guests fill out during your Pampered Chef party to enter a drawing for prizes or special offers. They are important because they help you collect contact information from potential customers, allowing you to follow up with them after the party and increase your bookings.
To encourage guests to fill out drawing slips, create an engaging atmosphere by explaining the benefits of entering the drawing, such as winning free products or discounts. You can also offer a small incentive, like an extra entry for each friend they bring or a bonus prize for those who fill out their slips completely.
Include essential information such as the guest's name, email address, phone number, and whether they are interested in hosting a party or learning more about the products. You may also want to add a section for them to indicate their favorite products or cooking interests to tailor your follow-up.
The best time to collect drawing slips is at the end of the party, after you've showcased the products and engaged with your guests. This way, they are more likely to be excited about the items and motivated to enter the drawing. You can also remind them to fill out their slips before they leave to ensure you gather all entries.
After the party, follow up with guests by sending a personalized email or message thanking them for attending and reminding them about the drawing. Use this opportunity to invite them to book their own party, share special offers, or provide additional information about the products they showed interest in. This personal touch can help convert interest into bookings.
