That's the reason I made the recruiting article one big graphic - I can just change out the graphic on the backend without you having to pull a new newsletter. I'll do that tonight. If anyone has already sent out the newsletter, the graphic should update automatically as soon as I update the image on my server. But I won't be able to do anything till I get home later.
