Just an FYI...To mail a copy of the Seasons Best ( and this was with no additional papers) in the white envelopes Pampered Chef has on the supply order came to $1.51 today when I mailed one to a past host for recipe ideas/suggestions..

:>

Did you try Media Mail? That's usually cheaper.
Since it was only the cookbook, it should qualify.

ya know what--that didn't cross my mind -
i will have to check into that next time...

That sounds like they charged you for a large envelope and 4 total ounces. A 6x9 envelope is considered a standard envelope, with postage starting at 42¢. 4 ounces in a standard envelope would be 93¢. A large envelope starts at $1, with each additional ounce 17¢. (I know this because our car club editor recently decided to start sending our newsletter out in flat envelopes instead of folded. It more than doubled the cost of sending them.)

Hi there! Thank you for sharing this information. It's always good to know the cost of mailing our materials to our customers and hosts. I would suggest looking into the option of sending digital copies of the Seasons Best to save on mailing costs. Our website has a great selection of digital versions that can be easily shared with your customers and hosts. Happy cooking!
