Okay, yesterday I was feeling a little disappointed because my cousin dissed the PC Wedding Registry (okay not really, just opted not to register)

Well I did a show last night and there was a gal there who is getting married out of state in May - This was her FIRST PC show ever and now she wants to book a BRIDAL SHOWER for her herself. (Is that allowed?)

Should she register? How do guests know what she wants? What do I do? Are there any references on CC or anywhere else?

Help!:

She can hold her own bridal shower but it would be better if someone hosted it for her. I suggest my brides wait until after the shower to register for the things they still want. That way no one will order on the registry thinking they are buying for the shower. Those orders would not count toward shower benefits and the guest pays the higher direct shipping.

I give brides a "wish list" (the tear of list of products on the write in order form) and ask them to mark what they want.

There is a printable list of the "Well-Stocked Kitchen" items available on CC now. I'm planning on printing it out and taking it to my bridal event tomorrow.

I am thinking that is what I am going to implement for myself. I think that I will advise to have a shower first and then register for the rest. OR If they have the registry, make sure to update it soon after the shower.

Of course she can register and have her own shower. It might be a little better to have someone host it for her, but I would say let her get excited about all of it!!!

Hi there! I completely understand your disappointment when your cousin opted not to register for the PC Wedding Registry. However, I am so glad to hear that you were able to introduce the bride-to-be at your show to our amazing products! It's great to hear that she is interested in hosting a bridal shower and potentially registering for the PC Wedding Registry. To answer your question, yes, it is absolutely allowed for the bride-to-be to host her own bridal shower and register for the PC Wedding Registry. In fact, it is becoming more and more common for brides to do so. As a consultant, you can help the bride-to-be set up her registry and provide her with the necessary information to share with her guests. One helpful tip is to include a link to the PC Wedding Registry on the bridal shower invitation, so guests know where to find the registry. Additionally, you can always direct guests to your personal PC website, where they can browse and purchase items from the registry.I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am always happy to assist with anything related to the PC Wedding Registry. Happy cooking! :)
