So, I have been offering this out, but so far no takers. I have not printed up invites or a flyer on it, but I think I will do up a theme show binder this weekend. I used to have one, and borrowed it out... never to see it again. :grumpy:

So, this Iron Chef idea I have would be an interactive show with my host and her "team" preparing a recipe of their choosing ~ giving her time before her show to figure out what her team would be making. Then I would come in armed only with products and crescent rolls and find foods in her cabinets and make a recipe from whatever I could find. I would of course borrow some of her guests to be on my team as well.....

What do you think? Worth pursuing? :blushing:

I think that could be really fun! And it would show how easy it would be to make a meal without prior planning and how easy and helpful our products are. Would the hosts team be using PC products?

Sounds a little complicated for a show. It would be a fun thing for a special event like a kick-off, open house or host appreciation.

Cute! So you mean you'd pretend that you hadn't already set up the recipes in advance and you'd just be rummaging through her cabinets and refrigerator as if you were creating something out of nothing? How fun! You'll have to let us know how it goes! I think some of my hosts would love that! :D

Love it! Go for it and let us know how it goes!!! :D
Good luck! :)

No, the host team would be using the host's kitchen items. I would bring mine, and no... no pre-planning on my part. Just the crescent rolls and my tools. I really would be rummaging through her cabinets..

I really think it would be fun... had no time today to work on flyers, but hoping to this weekend yet... will keep ya posted!

I *love* Iron Chef! It would be really fun to make this into a show!

I'm new to Pampered Chef, but I love this idea and had a variation on the Iron Chef theme. My idea was to co-host with another consultant and split the group into two teams giving each the same set of ingredients with a variation on spice sets perhaps and have each team use our Pampered Chef kits to create their dish. This gets the people using and testing the items. I really hope to try this soon.
