I have several neighbors (well, the majority) that I do not know, but plan to invite them to my Grand Opening and Fall Kick-Off! I was wondering how I might handle this? Should I just give them a flyer or invitation or what?

I really want something that will intrigue them, since they do not know me...doesn't that sould bad (I hope not).

I have extra "You're invited to a cooking show" invites, so maybe I could fill those out and attach a sticker to them or something?

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Thanks:)

This was talked about in a previous thread, not sure what the name of it was but I think you have to be sure to either leave it in the door or deliver it personally (probably more affective any way) because you can't just leave something in a mailbox... I will see if I can find the thread for you...

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to invite my neighbors to the Fall Kick-Off event?

Consider using a combination of personal invitations and digital outreach. You can create a simple flyer with event details and drop it off at their doors, or send a friendly message through social media or neighborhood groups. Personal touches, like mentioning why you’d love for them to join, can make a big difference.

Should I offer any incentives for my neighbors to attend?

Yes! Offering incentives such as a small gift, a raffle entry for a Pampered Chef product, or exclusive discounts for attendees can encourage more neighbors to come. Make sure to highlight these incentives in your invitations to pique their interest.

How can I create a welcoming atmosphere for my Fall Kick-Off?

Set up a cozy and inviting space with fall decorations, comfortable seating, and refreshments. Consider playing soft background music and having a few engaging activities or demonstrations planned. This will help create a relaxed environment where neighbors feel comfortable mingling and participating.

What should I prepare to showcase at the event?

Prepare a selection of popular Pampered Chef products that are perfect for fall cooking and entertaining. You might also want to demonstrate a few simple recipes that attendees can try. Having samples available can entice guests to engage more with the products.

How can I follow up with neighbors after the event?

After the event, send a thank-you message to all attendees, expressing your appreciation for their participation. You can also include a recap of the event, share any special offers, and invite them to future gatherings. This helps build relationships and keeps your Pampered Chef business top of mind.
