Could someone please give me the ingredient list from the Cheesy Pita Bread in Casual Cooking? I am away from my cookbooks with a host to be who needs her grocery list.

Pardon my ignorance but would you do anything different if you were using a gas grill instead of the direct heat on a charcoal grill? We don't own a charcoal grill anymore.
