Add a couple of whole cloves to the mix and a teaspoon of vanilla (or half tsp of PC double strength vanilla!), it will smell like you've been baking all day! If you have any orange peel, throw that in too.AJPratt said:I just did the cinamin and it is wonderful!!!
Do you use cinnamon sticks, or do you use PC Korintje Cinnamon?Koolotus said:Since fall is rapidly approaching and I know I do all sorts of apple stuff in my shows, I have a neat thing I learned from a former consultant.
After you run your apples through the APCS add the peels , some water and some cinnamon to a pot and let simmer throughout the show. Smells wonderful and is a good way not to waste
also helps if the hosts house is less than pure smelling (animals, dinner, smoke, whatever)

There are several natural methods to freshen up your home. You can simmer water with herbs, citrus peels, or spices on the stove. Additionally, placing bowls of baking soda or activated charcoal in various rooms can help absorb odors. Essential oils in a diffuser or mixed with water in a spray bottle can also provide a pleasant scent.
Essential oils can be used in various ways to freshen your home. You can add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to a diffuser, mix them with water in a spray bottle for a homemade air freshener, or even place cotton balls soaked in essential oils in drawers or closets. Popular scents include lavender, lemon, and eucalyptus.
Yes! You can easily make DIY air fresheners at home. One simple recipe is to mix 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil in a spray bottle. Shake well before use. Another option is to create a potpourri by combining dried flowers, herbs, and spices in a decorative bowl.
Candles can add both ambiance and fragrance to your home. Scented candles release pleasant aromas when burned, helping to mask unwanted odors. Look for high-quality candles made from natural waxes and infused with essential oils for the best scent throw and a cleaner burn.
The frequency of freshening up your home’s scent depends on personal preference and the environment. Generally, it’s a good idea to refresh the scent at least once a week, especially in high-traffic areas. If you notice lingering odors or if the seasons change, you may want to freshen up more often.
