I'm tooting my own horn. I have never lost this much at one time in my life. I started Weight Watchers with a group at work, which I eat what I want, but it's all about portion control. I also started a meal replacement shake (not Weight Watchers). I've always been skeptical on the amounts people say you can lose with different weight shakes, but I did! Yeah me!

Good Job Julie!!

Congratulations! That's wonderful!

Congratulations on your weight loss but sadly..... ;( I FOUND IT!!!! Oh well, it is the holidays and I never start a new program until January 1 or maybe 2.

YEA. Way to go Julie!

What's the shake that you tried? When do you have the shake? Lunch?

You certainly deserve to toot your own horn--listen carefully and you'll hear all of us tooting ours for you, as well! Congrats!
