I tried looking in the shipment status section, but nothing shows up there. Is that the right place to look?

It will show up there after it has shipped not right away.When did you sign?Check your "30-day" date. If it is the 11th, you should receive your kit by Friday, usually it is a few days before the 30-day date. If it ever comes later you can call HO and get your 30-day date changed.
 
There is a thread around where I posted to track it through your product adjustment. I'll look for that later - don't have time to retype it...on a quick lunch.
