tlennhoff said:Thanks for the welcome back all. I've been busy with non-PC stuff. In addition, my house is under construction and hopefully in another week or two I'll have a bathroom that is no longer leaking in 3 spots and destroying the 1st floor ceilings and walls. While they are here they have been handling a lot of other "little" things as well as rewiring a bunch of the house to bring it up to code and hopefully I'll no longer be overloading circuits.
I'm glad to be back. I mentioned to my husband that I was here for the first time in weeks & he said "no wonder you've been in such a bad mood lately, that is your favorite and most supportive place online, get back to it girl". It is good to be back.

I know i should go get the word and excel programs but we have that italian disease called "fundsahlo" (funds are low)

An HWC file is a specific file format used by certain software applications, often related to design or layout, while a PDF (Portable Document Format) is a widely used file format for documents that preserves formatting across different platforms. HWC files are typically editable, whereas PDFs are generally intended for viewing and printing.
You can edit HWC files using specific software that supports this format, such as the application that originally created the file. If you are unsure, check the file properties or consult the documentation of the software you are using.
Yes, you can convert an HWC file to a PDF if you want to share it in a non-editable format. Most design software that supports HWC files also offers an export or save-as feature to convert the file to PDF.
Editing an HWC file without the original software can be challenging, as compatibility may vary. However, you can try using file conversion tools or alternative software that supports HWC files, but results may not be guaranteed.
If you cannot open or edit your HWC file, ensure that you have the correct software installed. If the file is corrupted, you may need to recover it using file recovery tools or contact the support team of the software that created the file for assistance.
