Maybe not. If he has a late birthday he might have been held back. A lot pf parents do that with boys (plus, isn't he the one with with a disability?)
I thought Kohl had the disability??

Please count me in. I'd love to send a box of German goodies...gummy bears, cookies, american candies w/german packaging, etc. Anything to make them smile a little.

leggy

I would love to help, I am sure it will make them feel like people are still thinking of them and they will love the attention even for this awful reason.

I would love to help - count me in! I'll be sending McDonald's Gift Cards and some crayons & school supplies as soon as we have a place to send them to.

Kohl is the one with a disability and I am not sure what specifically. In her pictures from Atlantis, he is usually seen cuddling under her chin as she holds him. Both times I saw her and the kids, Kohl was being held by her the entire time.

And Linda...my birthday is in October, but I started school when I was 4:eek: Maybe that's what is wrong with me!!!! My ex started when he was 4 and at the district he went to...they started school in first grade. No preschool or kindergarten. Ofcourse, this is all back when dinosaurs roamed the earth!! And dirt had not been invented yet!!

Will let you know what I will come up with for a package and post it on the other thread. Would love a PM for an address also. Teresa, you have a heart of gold. Thank you for thinking of this. It may just help all of us as much as it does Paige's children.

I would love to send something too.
I would guess the best thing is to PM everyone interested the address to send things. I'm sure the parents don't want their personal address out there for the world to see--if that's where they are! Just my opinion;)

I live in New York so I am very far separated from this situation, but does anyone know if any of Paige's family or friends have started an organization to collect funds for her children??? If they have, can't we do fundraisers for that organization???

Last we checked, which was mid-July, there was no fund yet.

I'd like to send something too! I need details of where though.

I started kinder at 4 also. My birthday is in mid-November so the first 2-3 months of my Senior year I was still 16!!!
My daughter was 4 but has a Sept. birthday.

Can someone set up a PO Box for us to send our gifts to. That would keep all home addresses private.

I just got home from errands I wish we had her brothers contact in seattle he could tell us where he preferred things to be sent.

I have left a message on Mr. & Mrs Birgfelds home # near Denver explaining what we wanted to do asking for an address. Hopefully, we'll know soon where to mail things.

I gave them the option to return my call or send me an email. I also explained where I "knew" Paige from and that we were still thinking of her everday..

Just a thought on the care packages
when you mail them

PLEASE indicate either in your address label or mail in a PC box, so they are not hesitant to open the package......
maybe print the address on PC stationary or something
