I'm trying to print a PDF 2-to-a-page. I click on print and under page scaling tell it to print multiple pages per sheet and choose 2. Why does it only print one on the page (but puts room for two)?

The one I'm printing (or trying to print) is the new recruit incentive flyer.

I can turn them around and send them through the printer a second time but would rather just get it done in one run.
 
I always turn them, I know of no other way to do it.
 
If you do a second page of the same document. (Just copy and paste the same thing so that it becomes 2 pages) it will print side by side. I hope that make sense?!!?
