Okay I finally got my first possible lead here. I meet her tomorrow she is hosting a party on September 9th. Two weeks away. Anyway, she wants to know more about the PC biz. I have no idea where to start, I know I need to know what she wants from PC, but I'm not sure where to start. Any help would be great you all. How do you all conduct your interviews I guess you would call them. This is my first and I want it to go well. I'm so unprepared. TIA!:)

What should I prepare for my meeting with a possible recruit?

Before the meeting, gather all necessary materials such as product samples, brochures, and your personal success stories. Prepare a presentation that outlines the benefits of joining Pampered Chef, including potential earnings, flexibility, and community support. Also, be ready to answer common questions and address any concerns they may have.

How do I approach the conversation during the meeting?

Start by building rapport and getting to know the recruit's interests and goals. Share your own journey with Pampered Chef and highlight the positive aspects of being a consultant. Encourage an open dialogue by asking questions and actively listening to their thoughts and concerns. This will help you tailor your pitch to their specific needs.

What are the key benefits of joining Pampered Chef that I should emphasize?

Highlight the flexibility of working hours, the potential for income, and the support system available through training and community. Emphasize the quality of the products, the opportunity for personal growth, and the chance to connect with others who share similar interests. Mention any incentives or promotions currently available for new recruits.

How can I handle objections or concerns from the recruit?

Listen carefully to their objections and validate their feelings. Provide clear and honest answers to their concerns, using your own experiences or success stories as examples. If they express doubts about time commitment or financial investment, discuss how many consultants successfully balance their business with other responsibilities and the various options available for starting out.
