Anyone make these meatballs yet?
I thought it was such an interesting and healthy dish.
Not so sure about doing them at a show though. The meatballs take a while to assemble. I was able to get the rice to coat evenly.
They definitely are NOT one of my favorite dishes!! :(
Has anyone had trouble with these either?

One of hosts wanted me to make these are her show. But thankfully I was able to take her into the Aloha Pizza instead.

I'm also make a Tropical Fruit Trifle to show of the trifle bowl and provide a healthful dessert. :)

Love Them!!My family and I loved the meatballs~!!:D :D But I wouldn't make them as a demo recipe! Not the right type of recipe to demo!

I thought the sauce was really vinegary!! :S

what about the turkey curry meatballs that was on the cover or the consultant planner? anyone tried those?

When you made them, guys, did you bake them or nuke them? I am still a bit leery of cooking food in the microwave. Still haven't done the 30-minute chicken.

I baked the meatballs in the oven I really liked them but I agree I dont know if I would want to do them for a show

Plus you can select your own favorite seasonings. I made mine in the DDB because I didn't have the new stone. Worked gr8. I have it now tho:D Thank you feb. special:)

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my meatballs are falling apart while cooking?

If your meatballs are falling apart, it could be due to insufficient binding agents. Make sure to include enough breadcrumbs and eggs in your mixture. Additionally, let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape.

How can I prevent my meatballs from being too dry?

To prevent dry meatballs, consider adding moisture-rich ingredients such as grated onion, minced garlic, or even a splash of milk. Also, avoid overcooking them, as this can lead to dryness.

What is the best way to cook meatballs for even cooking?

The best way to cook meatballs for even cooking is to bake them in the oven on a lined baking sheet. This allows for consistent heat distribution. Alternatively, you can pan-fry them in a skillet, ensuring they are turned regularly for even browning.

Can I make meatballs ahead of time and freeze them?

Yes, you can make meatballs ahead of time and freeze them. Shape the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet to freeze individually before transferring them to a freezer bag. They can be cooked directly from frozen; just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.

What sauces pair well with meatballs?

Meatballs pair well with a variety of sauces. Classic options include marinara sauce, barbecue sauce, or a sweet and sour sauce. You can also try them with a creamy mushroom sauce or a teriyaki glaze for a different flavor profile.
