My computer has crashed and is completely dead. My back up on my flashdrive is corrupted. (Yes, I've had a great week!!  )

Has anyone had this happen and received help from tech support? Another consultant had this happen and says she called them and they were able to restore almost all of her info on P3. I just called HO and was told they can't help me.

Before I call back I want to know if anyone else has had this happen so I can keep pushing until someone helps me. :)

It happened to me a few years ago....HO did everything could but I wound up having to reinstall PP(at the time) and start over. The tech said I could manually put in all my shows but it was not worth it to me. I just started with the next numbered show I would have had.

Sorry I couldn't be more help...

I would talk to the tech department specifically and see what they save when we transmit.I PM'd you on HD help...

I think this happened to someone recently (after the switch to P3). I believe that HO was able to restore from a previous copy on their server.

I have had P3 mess up and could not open my files and HO walked me thru recreated the files and they downloaded my files from them to my comuter.I am on dilaup so it took forever, but it was well worth it. But mine was not a computer problem mine was a P3 problem, so, I do not know if that makes a difference.
