So my first recruit is going inactive at the end of July, I knew this was coming because she told me she wasn't going to sell anymore, and I have 2 others who signed since so I won't lose my FD status this week anyway! :-)

My question is, she got a changeover box. What happens with the fact that she won't be earning any more commission to pay the $6?

Anyone know?

If she reactivates later, she'll be charged. Otherwise, I think PC eats it.

Hi there! It's great that you have two other recruits to keep your FD status. As for the changeover box, it's likely that your company has a policy in place for situations like this. It's best to check with your upline or the company's customer service to see what their policy is for handling changeover boxes for inactive recruits. They may have a solution in place, such as allowing you to pay the $6 fee yourself or returning the box for a refund. Hope this helps!

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to commissions if a recruit becomes inactive?

If a recruit becomes inactive, they will no longer earn commissions on their sales or the sales of their downline. However, any commissions earned prior to their inactivity will still be paid out, provided they meet the necessary requirements for payout.

How long can a recruit remain inactive before losing their status?

A recruit typically has a grace period of 6 months of inactivity before their status is officially changed to inactive. After this period, they may need to requalify or reactivate their account to regain their active status.

What is a changeover box, and how does it relate to inactive recruits?

A changeover box is a promotional tool that can be used to encourage inactive recruits to re-engage with the business. It often includes incentives or new product samples. Inactive recruits may receive a changeover box to motivate them to return to active status.

Can inactive recruits still access training and resources?

Inactive recruits may have limited access to training and resources. While they can still view some materials, full access is typically reserved for active consultants. Encouraging them to reactivate can help them regain full access to all training resources.

What steps can I take to help an inactive recruit become active again?

To help an inactive recruit become active again, reach out to them personally to discuss their concerns and motivations. Offer support, share success stories, and inform them about any new products or incentives that may reignite their interest in the business. Additionally, encourage them to participate in upcoming training sessions or events.
