Hi Everyone,

I hope that you all had a great week. I am down a pound, for a total of 7. Made it the the gym tonight for Kick-Boxing and raked the back yard, so I burned a few calories today. Hopefully, I can keep it the rest of the week.

Hope you all have a great week,
Alexandra

I am not following any specific weight loss program. I am trying to watch what I eat, staying away from candy dishes at the office and working out more. One thing that I think has helped me, is that I stopped taking a medication I was on that was shown to increase appetite in some people. ( With DR's approval first) While on this med I gained 30 pounds in three years. I can't say that the medication was the only factor in my weight gain, but I think that it was a large part. I should have noticed that I was eating more and gaining weight and put a stop to it well before I reached 30 pounds, but sometimes you just don't see the obvious. I also have a supportive husband who is getting into shape too. I just wished it would go as fast for me as it is for him!
