What should I make? Of course I want somthign fast, easy, and fabulous. Hmmm...

I always bring the Berries & Cream Brownie Squares when I am invited to someone's home. It has huge WOW factor and when they're all "How'd you make that?" I say "This is one of my most requested demo recipes...why don't you invite a bunch of friends over one night & I'll demo it for everyone!"

That's a good line Carolyn!

The Tuxedo Brownie Cups are also fabulous and will dissappear so fast! I always sell the EAD, tart shaper & microplane when I take these to a show. I grate chocolate over them with the Microplane - adds a little special touch. (also pretty if you grate chocolate over your SA plate or tray first)

I am starting to think I really need to start venturing out further with my recipes. I usually stick the really simple ones.

I love the Hot Broccoli dip. I'm making that today for a friends baby shower. Never had a complaint for that one.

In the last week I have made Chili Verde Dip 3 times! All the folks in my neighborhood usually end up at our house to play cards or watch movies (it is a very small cul-de-sac in a small gated community-military family housing at it's best!) and it is a favorite!
So that and the Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle. I make those and my friends are putty in my hands!! LOL!!
