Something I started doing on mine is to put the ? about the opportunity first then go on to booking a cooking show, registry then catalog show. I am trying to do this at my shows too because as I heard in a training somewhere chances most people if they aren't interested in booking will not be interested in the Opp. So why not hit them with the most important question first!
A Recruiting Drawing Slip is a tool used by Pampered Chef consultants to encourage potential recruits to join their team. It typically includes a space for the individual's contact information and may offer an incentive, such as a prize drawing, for those who express interest in the business opportunity.
To create an effective Recruiting Drawing Slip, ensure it is visually appealing and easy to fill out. Include clear instructions, a compelling reason to join, and a description of the benefits of being a Pampered Chef consultant. Additionally, consider offering an enticing prize to increase participation.
Templates for Recruiting Drawing Slips can often be found on the Pampered Chef consultant website, in training materials, or through your upline. You can also create your own using design software or online tools to customize the slip to fit your branding.
Promote the Recruiting Drawing Slip at your events by discussing the benefits of joining your team during your presentation. Set up a designated area for attendees to fill out the slips, and consider incorporating it into your overall event theme. Make sure to follow up with participants after the event to discuss their interest further.
Once you have collected the completed Recruiting Drawing Slips, review them for potential recruits and reach out to those who expressed interest. You can also conduct a drawing for the prize you offered to incentivize participation. Keep the slips organized for future reference and follow-up opportunities.
