You promote the month after the 5th recruit qualifies. So if your fifth qualifies anytime in February you become a director on the first of March. The call sometimes takes a week into the month to come so be patient!MissChef said:do you get a call right away or do you have to wait until next month? I thought that it was the first month after the month you qualify? At least it use to be that way?! Any directors out ther want to confirm.![]()

When your fifth recruit qualifies, it means that they have met the necessary sales and training requirements set by Pampered Chef to become an active consultant. This is an important milestone for you as a leader, as it demonstrates your ability to mentor and support new team members.
HO stands for Home Office. The call you are waiting for is likely a confirmation or welcome call from Pampered Chef's Home Office, which may include important information about your recruit's status and next steps in their journey as a consultant.
After your recruit qualifies, you can support them by providing ongoing training, sharing resources, and encouraging them to set personal goals. Regular check-ins and motivation can help them feel connected and empowered in their new role.
Having multiple recruits can lead to increased team sales, greater support for each other, and the potential for higher commissions and bonuses. It also allows you to build a strong community within your team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
While waiting for HO's call, you can prepare by reviewing your recruit's progress, planning a welcome event, and thinking about how to best support them as they start their journey. Staying proactive will help you make the most of this exciting opportunity.
