Okay, I'm jumpstarting my biz and I haven't recruited in so long. I want to create a team recognition, but want to have it established not let's figure it out as we go along.

I know recognize what you want to be repeated.

Also what do you feel is vital to give new recruits right out of the gate. TIA for helping me get back into the game.

Here's to a fabulous 2012!:D

Re: What do you use for Team Recognition, or what do you receive for Team RecognitionOn the first anniversary of a consultant's business I send them a gift.

It's a ball. You can send a ball in the US mail without putting it in a box. I use a Sharpie to write their address and my return address on one side. On the other I write, "I hope you're having a BALL with your business."

Re: What do you use for Team Recognition, or what do you receive for Team RecognitionI mention the person with top sales or any other milestones (signed up, first show, qualified, etc) in our monthly Bates Bunch Bulletin. Other than that, I don't have a specific schedule of recognition.
