Well, today I had my 5th show. It was a little strange. It was at an apartment and I ended up sitting on the floor and do the demo on it. I keep having to get up and get my stuff because it was on the dining room table. There were space problems. Also where I sat there was an echo so I keep hearing myself. When I finished I felt okay but didn't feel like it was my best show.

Well, as I talked to the customers two of them starting telling me I did a great show. One said your really can tell you love this and love cooking. The other customer who has been at or hosted at least 10 shows said mine was the best--she stated that you can tell I like doing it and also that I didn't go through every product and do all the history of each product. It made me feel very good since I felt like it was a very weird show. It just reminds me people like the products but don't want to be overwhelmed with info and everyone of our products.

I think the show will close at about $600-700 with only 4 people attending and I got one show booked.

Congratulations! Great show, and you can add "floor shows" to your repertoire. LOL. Could you imagine if she'd had 15 guests? Where would you have ended up doing your demo?

Congratulations! I've done two shows on my knees at a coffee table. They make for interesting shows :)

I haven't had that happen with PC yet but it did happen at one of my Stampin' Up shows years ago. It helps when you can "roll with the punches". I'm not sure if I could pull it off any more! I have trouble getting back up once I get down on the floor!!!Congratulations on a great show.

, thank you for sharing your experience with us. It sounds like you had a unique show today, but it's great to hear that despite the challenges, you still managed to impress your customers. Your passion for cooking and the products definitely shines through in your demonstrations, and it's wonderful that your customers noticed and appreciated that. It's also great that you were able to secure another show booking from this event. Keep up the great work and I'm sure your next show will be even better!
