Any ideas for some good Bridal Shower Recipes? I am doing a PC shwoer for my BFF! She doesn't want the whole demo, just food already prepared and a display of the items on her wish list.

Any good ideas? Prob. going to be about 20 people or so!

Are you looking for lunch ideas, appetizers, desserts?

It is 3-5. Do more along appetizers/desserts.

Thanks!

The crostini and toppings recipes from the SBRC are good, as are the "Create a Crostini" from Stoneware Inspirations. They're classy, but "build your own." Which will get the guests involved a little.

OK - here are a few. Let me know if you want/need any of the following recipes.

Profiterole Puffs
Any of the new brie recipes
Chiken Clubhouse squares
Seven Layer Salad Squares
Truffle Brownie Cups
Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

I thought the "Tuxedo" bownie cups would be cute.

Maybe a pre-made "bride" cake with the batter bowl.

Tuxedo Brownie Cups
Some kind of Trifle

I have made bridesmades with the prep bowls (done before the show).

As far as the recipe, I always get the bride's input on that. What does she like from the suggestions - many of the choices I give are already mentioned on this thread - what is her favorite food? Does she want an appetizer theme or dessert theme? I never do more than one recipe at a shower but I do provide additional recipes if the host wants to pre-prepare some for the guests. At my last show we chose the Caramel Brownie and it was a huge hit.
