For PC to pull from a customer's Credit card when I submit a show?

Debit's come out immediately; I think the credit card is the next morning after submission so it is very prompt. (CC could be same night too...I'm just not sure...)

When I cover the order form and warranty and payment options I TRY to remember to tell folks that they should expect the debit/credit to go thru the night I close with the host.

So, in a related question:Last Wednesday I submitted 2 shows, both shipped on Friday, and payment for neither has been deducted from my checking account. Does it usually take this long?

I've noticed that they don't deduct the money for a show until a few days after it ships. Thought it was kinda weird but I guess it allows for checks to clear?

It is always 7-8 days for the payment to be deducted from my account......I was told once by someone at HO (in the Finance dept.) that some of it depends on how your individual bank processes the transaction.....but it will usually take at least 5 days.
