Has anyone typed out this recipe yet?

Is it just me or do you really need to double the ingredients for the peanut butter layer?

I've made them twice and thought that the layers were perfect in their thickness, but maybe that's just me. ;)You can get a typed copy of this recipe by going onto CC. Under the recipe section, you can search the Season Best issues. The recipes are all on there, just click the one you want and it will come up. Hope that helps! :)

Aww, don't feel silly. We've all been there. :) CC is so full of information it's kind of overwhelming. It's fun to play around and see what all is on there. Now that you know the recipes are there, you'll be able to search things easily. It also comes in handy when you need to e-mail your host the recipe ingredients.

I didn't double it at all. The trick is to do it quick before the spread sets up and what I did was scoop little amounts on it and spread that and scoop some more and spread. It's harder to get it to cover if you put it all on and try to spread that out.
It does make a thin layer though, so don't try to make it very thick.

I loved making these and would do it again in an instant, they were so yummy and easy!
