I am able to advertise my other busness and I have had NONE of this happen....I"ve had nothing but good come from my link on facebook and myspace. I would love it if PC would let us advertise, but I really do not see that happening.I would NOT like to see them allow us to advertise online. I want to keep my business and not have people tramp all over it buy ebaying and online ads.

Generally, as a direct sales consultant, you are not allowed to sell discontinued items on eBay or any other third-party platform. Most direct sales companies, including Pampered Chef, have policies that restrict the resale of their products outside of approved channels.
Selling discontinued items on eBay can lead to several consequences, including potential termination of your consultant status with Pampered Chef. The company may take action against you for violating their policies, which could include legal action or loss of your ability to sell their products altogether.
In some cases, if you have leftover inventory of discontinued items, you may be able to sell them at local events or through personal networks, but this typically requires prior approval from the company. Always check with Pampered Chef's policies or your upline for specific guidance.
You can check the Pampered Chef website or contact your upline for the most current product listings. The company often provides updates on which items are discontinued, and this information is crucial for compliance with their policies.
If you have discontinued items in your inventory, consider using them for personal use, gifting, or local sales with prior approval. It’s important to avoid listing them on eBay or other online marketplaces to stay compliant with Pampered Chef’s policies.
