I have not done it in the bar pan but I would think that it would be great! The only change I would make is that I would bake the brownie for a shorter amount of time before checking it because it's thinner.ChefSandi said:Has anyone ever done the Tiramisu Brownie Squares on the Bar Pan? If so, what changes need to be made? Thanks!
I would not double the pudding. It will be a thinner layer but like you said so is the brownie.ChefSandi said:Do you think that I would need to double the pudding mixture that goes on top of the brownies or will the proportions be right since the brownies themselves are thinner...this may just work well since this might be a larger party!
To make Tiramisu Brownie Squares, you'll need the following ingredients: brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, brewed coffee, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings for garnish. Make sure to check your brownie mix package for any additional ingredients required.
Before you start baking, preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Lightly grease the Bar Pan with cooking spray or use parchment paper to line the bottom for easy removal after baking.
Bake the Tiramisu Brownie Squares according to the time specified on the brownie mix package, typically around 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on them and perform the toothpick test; they are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Once the brownies have cooled completely, gently spread the mascarpone mixture over the top using a spatula. Make sure to cover the brownies evenly for a balanced flavor. You can also use a piping bag for a more decorative presentation.
Store any leftover Tiramisu Brownie Squares in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days. For best results, allow them to come to room temperature before serving again, or enjoy them chilled!
