There has got to be some smarties out there to figure out how to use TPC recipes with the right daily calorie count to help us manage our diets! :D

Anyone?

I tried this on another thread (which got hijacked  ) and didn't lead in the direction I wanted or answer my questions.

TPC has wonderful recipes and nutritional info -let's put them to work for us!

Besides, we would be using our Terrific TPC products and testing recipes! Of course, we'd want to share what works, tastes good, worth it, etc. :chef:

I've gone through the TPC cookbooks, and here's what I've come up with.

I'm bumping this up again!

I'd really like some feedback!

Veronica,

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand what it is you're looking for? I'm not sure what the purpose is of the lists you've made ~ are you counting calories? If so, then why aren't the calories listed with the recipes?

I guess I need more explanation...

Thanks for the reply.

On the sheets, I have listed recipe titles -calories, with the cookbook and page #.

I'm wondering if someone is able to figure out a clever weekly menu-plan from this menu. Just like the other weight loss plans.

It seems like a cool idea, but why limit yourself to PC recipes for a weight-loss plan? PC recipes that are "healthier" are not created in mind for weight loss. So you may not be getting enough fiber, lean proteins and good fats in them to create a well-balanced nutritional diet. You might first show this list to your doctor or a nutritionist before going on any program.I've been following the Weight Watchers plan since mid 2006. I've lost 94 pounds. I love WW, other plans have never worked for me.
