I received this in my email box today. Did any of you all? If you already spoke about this sorry...

I would like to invite you to try out a new resource in your Pampered Chef business called My Host Rewards, which is an online tool that guides your hosts through the process of adding additional outside orders and selecting the various rewards that they have earned for hosting. In the end, you receive a detailed show report to make entry into Pampered Partner Plus© a breeze. My Host Rewards was suggested by consultants just like you who wanted a more efficient way of working their business.
Our service eliminates the confusion that many hosts experience when trying to work through the various reward options and minimizes extra effort on your part by ensuring that outside order details are complete and accurate.
Take a look at our service overview or check out our flyer for additional information, then experience a new level of efficiency for yourself with a trial account.

Sincerely,

Derek Nichols

Reclaim your Time!
My Host Rewards allows you to reclaim the time you have been losing when trying to get your shows closed. Forget about missed appointments and playing phone tag with your hosts. Set them up in My Host Rewards after the show and our easy-to-use wizard will lead them through the process of recording additional outside orders and working through all of the reward selection scenarios for which they are eligible.

It doesn't sound or look like a true Pampered Chef Resource. It sounds like something we could use. Have any of you used this?

I got the same email today. Does anyone know who Derek is??? I'm wondering how he got my email??!!

It seems like he must have phished this site for email addresses, b/c I got the same email. Weird!

Me too. His name seems strangely familiar, but I can't figure out where. And he did say in the email that it wasn't affiliated or approved by Pampered Chef. All I could think of when I was looking at the website was the problem with closing out the show isn't that it's so difficult to DO as it is for getting the HOST to do what she needs to. How is having a software program that SHE has to do the work for going to improve that? If anything, it would turn me off because as a Host, I'd feel like I was doing the work of the consultant.Just MHO. :)*Yes- I have iContact.*

I wondered how he got my e-mail, too. Maybe through CS, or maybe from iContact? I don't know. Does everyone who received the e-mail have an iContact account?

If you watch the video, it's not just a PC resource - it works with any DS company. I did sign up for the 30 day trial, because it does seem like it could be beneficial. You don't give any credit card info for the free trial, either, or I wouldn't have completed the registration. I haven't entered any shows yet, though, since I just got it today.

I do not have iContact - it must have been from here.

HO is already aware of this and is in the process of taking care of it. This is from an email that one of the director's got from one of the sales managers at HO

"He is married to a Consultant who must be on the loops. We are in the process of connecting with him about his solicitation."

I reviewed this and I'm pretty sure it's against company policy...Hopefully, Pampered Chef is reading this and will set something like this up for us. I Love it!!

And while they are at it...wouldn't it be nice if host could print off their own OOF from our personal websites???

I got it as well but (lol) did you look at the prices? LOL. How hilarious!

I got it, too.. Sounded fishy, so I deleted it..

I got it, too...and I don't have iContact, so I'm assuming Cheffers were phished for it. Won't even bother with it though even if it becomes a reality for consultants through PC...I can't get half my hosts to enter email addresses in for invites, so I doubt they'd trouble themselves with something like this (wishful thinking that they would for me!). :)

I emailed him back, questioning where he got my email. He claims he got it from my website! Don't think so! I told him I was reporting him to the Home Office. I feel like he is running a scam!

I also reported it to HO this morning....

Ummm, wanting me to pay $70 for a service for someone else to help me close my shows??? I don't think so!

I deleted it and wondered if anyone else got it too - now I know. Personally, I don't think closing out shows is hard. I would think his service would create yet ANOTHER level that you would have to go through. With your PWS it's so simple and you can just pull everything down to P3 with a few clicks.

Glad to hear that HO is on it.

So - how did he get your website address then? Email him back and see what he has to say about that! LOL

I feel left out! I guess I'm not loved enough to scam. LOL

I got it and deleted it as well. Figured it was junk. I agree with Andrea, closing shows in PP3 is easy enough.

It's not worth my time. I did tell him I was reporting him to our HO... It really creeps me out that he either has someone on here (shame on you if you are helping this guy) that is collecting our emails for him or he is hacking to get them! I also wonder what he plans on doing with all the contacts people will put in and their information!

You are not alone, Crystal. I didn't get it and I'm happy about it.

Using P3 is not a chore for me and has never been. I also don't think paying someone else to do this is cost effective. I really think it's a scam for him to get our customers and info. Glad to hear that he has been reported to HO.

I'm just surprised to think that he thought he could pull the wool over our eyes.

I didn't get it either. But then, a while back I also removed my last name and pws from CS and DCS - so unless you already knew that info it woul dbe pretty hard to harvest from either of these sites.

I got the e-mail from him, too. I don't think I have any info. on here or DCS (pws, name, e-mail, etc.) I used to be on the Director Loop but didn't renew in January. Strange.
