I try to make out menus for at least the week ahead, and now I've been doing a good job going even a few weeks ahead. Your five recipes sound delicious - you should give us the recipes here!!
I use the limeade, Corona, tequila, 7-Up recipe listed before, but also add the juice of one lime using the Citrus Press. I have become quite well-known for demonstrating these margaritas at my shows, and have sold quite a few Citrus Presses to boot! Enjoy.
Two years ago my sister (TS rep) and I (PC) did a combo show at our mom's house. It was great! We each had ~$500 show. We did it in October and focused on quick fix appetizers and desserts for the upcoming holidays, as well as gift ideas to get a jump start on holiday shopping. Some things I...
I think you should take that lady with you to all your shows! She would be the hit of every party and definately convince others they need what she has. :)
I am in Tomah (west central WI). There is a Jellystone Campground/Resort in a neighboring community (Warrens). We are the heart of cranberry country. If we do this the very beginning of October, families could come stay at Jellystone in either the new lodge/hotel or villas can be rented and...
HI Tracey,
I have been with PC for two years now and am also a teacher. During the summer it is wonderful to stay home with my two boys (6,9 yrs. old) and be able to concentrate more on PC. However, do you have any good tips for how you manage working full-time during the school year and...
I recently read a book titled Free and Clear : God's Road Map to Deb-Free Living, by Howard Dayton of Crown Financial Ministries. It was an excellent easy-reading book that "offers biblical money-management practices that will restore your financial health and refresh your spirit," in a...
I had a RFL co-captain call me tonight who is interested in doing a fundraiser with her team. I gave her a quick overview of how the May HWC campaign works, but need to send her some additional information. She wants to look it over with the other captain and then decide if this is what they...
We just finished supper (the dishes are still on the table) and I made AP for the first time. I just used a plain ol' bottled sauce from the g-store. My family really liked it, but when I demostrate it at a show, I will probably use more garlic with the oil on the crust, and definately spread...
Last night I used the Mix-n-Chop to make twice-baked potatoes! I had leftover baked potatoes, scooped out the potato, added low fat sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Since the cold baked potato pulp is quite hard, I just "mixed and chopped" everything together, then used a...
I have a customer who is wondering if there is a way to sharpen her Food Chopper blades. She told me after chopping bell peppers for the first time, the blades didn't seem to be as sharp. I searched on Chef Success for a tip, as well as on the PC site under "Use and Care," but was not...
My sister is a TS rep. We both started our businesses last summer and did a ''Sister Show" last fall at our mom's house. We centered our show around easy appetizers and desserts for the upcoming holidays, and it was a hit! In the recipes we demonstrated, we just used as many of each of our...
