For the cheesy bruschetta dip, I subbed Italian Seasoning and it was very good. We had the same recipe with Herbs de Provence at our team meeting and I actually preferred it with the Italian Seasoning.
Made The Big Enchilada last night for dinner, had leftovers for lunch today. Absolutely delicious, and would be a great show recipe! Only thing I did differently was substitute a can of black beans for the can of corn--corn in an enchilada sounded gross to me.
I would be happy to sell mine, too. I have plenty of bags already. Not sure what a fair price is--what does everyone think? It's pretty light in weight so shipping shouldn't be too bad, either.
