It's not that I wouldn't see my daughter's recital, it is the money I can't do....she will have to dance at least 3 times a week this summer and that cost will be $500...then the fall sessions start and it is almost $200 a month....SO.......guess who is going back to work in my "college-earned...
so here I sit, in a BIG funk in one way & too, too excited in another....
FUNK because I have decided I cannot possibly afford to go to Conference:cry:
EXCITED because the reason I couldn't afford it is that my daughter has been asked to dance in the company for her dance school...HUGE...
I am now a Team Leader AND the best part is that I think I have 2 mini-me's...they recruited themselves and both have had their first shows before the kit even got to them! WOOT WOOT for us Linda!
I am pretty sure in Chesterfield I have to have my teaching certificate, Amy, but I will double check~I think subbing would be a great way to supplement PC!
see~just when I thought I was the only one having a problem booking shows in April, I read this....and it just brightened my whole day! I have been in an awful state of mind this month~let down from post-Dad's death and a fantastic March and thinking I am going to have to get another job to help...
Due to circumstances beyond my control (not really...just too credit card happy in the past:blushing:), I need to have more income coming in than what PC is providing. I plan to up my show schedule, but we all know that I have to have help from other people to do that (mainly, willing hosts)...
I know~I checked there, too.....it doesn't say a thing and I am NOT up for calling HO this morning and waiting for a call back in 4 hours! I am just going to get the ID# to have and see what happens when I actually go to submit it!
QUESTION:
do we have to send in info to PC about a tax-free ID number so that the school doesn't have to pay taxes on the money earned?
I am getting ready to submit my fundraiser from this month (only 3 kids participated and it is sitting at $1,600!!) and cannot find a place to put that...
