Well, she called home office and filed a complaint. I seriously don't understand! I didn't do anything. I've been in tears all night.

I do whenever possible... but check your local regulations. Where I live, if it's $20 or less they don't have to sign. Understandably there are some situations where you can't get a signature (i.e. order taken over the phone) where I use other safety nets to protect myself.
