Multi-Grater and Slicer Help Needed.

I have not had any issues with cheese, but doing a show last night, the blade got stuck, and even this morning I cannot remove the blade. I was unable to continue using the product during the show and was a bit embarrassed. Any tips on how to remove the stuck blade?

Troubleshooting the New Consultant App on Android Tablet: Tips and Support

HELP! Is anyone using the New Consultant App on an Android TABLET? Tech support says that they are not supporting nor developing for the Android Tablet. I feel like I am being backed into a corner to have to purchase an iPad....I prefer the tablets and do not like how Pampered Chef is going...
