I'm trying to get over my phobia with the phone so I have a chart of 100 nos once I reach the 100 I'm going to get a massage. I'm not as tempted to put off calling people and it makes me work now so I can play later.

I try and say 3 calls/contacts a day. But I try and keep my list of calls to tuesday and thursday so I usually divide my list.

Update DD princpal called and she is getting a day of in school suspension, on recess no special activity, and she has to eat her lunch in the classroom. I'm all for it. She needs to understand that she has a choice but that she has to be resonsible when she makes a bad one.
