Thanks to everyone! I am a bit of a chocolate freak and just couldn't get past the semi-sweet taste. I used Ghiradelli semi-sweet. The dark chocolate sounds yummy, too. I definitely think I will try the milk chocolate and semi-sweet combo. Thanks again!

I had already planned to do the trifle beforehand, so I can just pull it out of the fridge. I think I will just tell her to have extra fajita ingredients on hand. Thanks for the input!
My Sunday host just informed that she has 23 people confirmed for her show. We are doing DCB fajitas, salsa, and a trifle. Do I need another dish? If I do, what do you suggest?
This will be my first season changeover. I think I've heard mention of a "set" of materials that come with the new season. Did I imagine this? If not, what comes with it? I'm trying to judge how many catalogs to order.
I did this at one of my first shows. I made an entire pizza before the show and put it in right as I started to assemble the first pizza during the demo. I had the second crust (the one I demonstrated) prebaked. It worked okay.
I just volunteered to bring stuffing to work next week. Is there a recipe for DCB stuffing in the microwave? Oven space will be very limited or nonexistent that day. I found one with chicken, but someone else is bringing the chicken.
