A theme show is just a regular show, with a twist. For an apple show, you could focus on the Apple wedger, and APCS. Make Apple Crisp in the microwave (easy recipe in SB from a few years ago), or a Taffy Apple Pizza then give apple facts.

You do not have to belong to Sams or Costco to buy in bulk. Gordon's Food Service does not charge a fee to shop there. And their frozen chicken breasts are the best tasting frozen ones I have found. You should always have 5 go-to recipes that you can make in a pinch for family or company...

I used kreaser's Did You Know photos at a nurse's conference last week. Not too many people took time to read them all, but their breaks were very short. Did get positive feed back on them. You could do the same thing; put signs around your display, and when you notice people reading them...

The one really nice thing about all those sets is that you can promote them to hosts as 1/2 price items. I haven't sold any to guests, but several to hosts.
