Does anyone have any good recipes for the double burner griddle or 8" saute pan? Thanks!
 
I usually make breakfast in the DBG! Great for making bacon, then pancakes followed by eggs. The clean up is a snap!

8" saute pan would be garlic bites, so yummy!
 
1. Vegetable FrittataIngredients:- 8 large eggs- 1/4 cup milk- 1 small onion, diced- 1 bell pepper, diced- 1 zucchini, diced- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved- 1 cup shredded cheese- Salt and pepper to taste- Olive oil or cooking sprayInstructions:1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.2. Heat the double burner griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray.3. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the griddle and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and arrange the cherry tomatoes on top.5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.7. Use a spatula to loosen the edges of the frittata and slide it onto a cutting board.8. Slice into wedges and serve hot.2.
