I believe that is true.Teresa Lynn said:Don't you have to sell $1,250 for the overrides?

FD stands for "Future Director." It is a leadership position within the Pampered Chef direct sales organization that allows consultants to mentor and lead their own teams.
To become a Future Director, you typically need to have a certain number of active recruits and meet specific sales goals. These requirements can vary, so it's best to check with your director or the Pampered Chef resources for the most accurate information.
The timeline to become a Future Director can vary based on your sales performance and the performance of your recruits. Generally, it may take a few months to achieve the necessary qualifications after recruiting your second team member.
While having two recruits is a step in the right direction, you typically need to have more than two active recruits and meet specific sales and leadership criteria to qualify for the Future Director position.
To expedite your journey, focus on building strong relationships with your recruits, providing them with support and training, and achieving your personal sales goals. Engaging in team-building activities and encouraging your recruits to grow their own teams can also help you reach Future Director status faster.
