Please advise..

also if you reccomend, please post recipe, as I am very new and have limited cookbooks :)

Thanks- I really appreciate it;)

Any of the super starter recipes would be great, there are two recipes for each catagory in the Season's Best or you could use the recipe that has the note cards that came in your kit.

My first was the Lemon Herb Chicken Ring. Super easy & everyone loves it!
Also easy: Tomato Basil Squares!

We did the Antipasto Vegetable Pizza and everyone loved it. Plus, the crust is baking while you are demoing everything else so there wasn't any filler time waiting for something to cook.

The chocolate pecan lattice tart is so easy and it's one of our new recipes in the Season's Best. All the tools you need are in the starter kit. That's what I recommend.

i made the turkey cranberry ring - it looks impressive and everyone always loves it!! any braid or ring or wreath impresses people i find! and they are really easy to make.

I made rustic focacia pizza and it was a hit every time and very easy!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a simple recipe I can demonstrate at my first Pampered Chef show?

A great simple recipe to demonstrate is the "Classic Taco Ring." It requires minimal ingredients and showcases several Pampered Chef tools, such as the Mix 'N Chop and the Stoneware. Guests will love the interactive element of assembling the ring, and it’s a crowd-pleaser!

How can I choose a recipe that appeals to a variety of tastes?

Opt for a recipe that can be easily customized, like a "Build-Your-Own Pizza." This allows guests to choose their favorite toppings and caters to different dietary preferences, such as vegetarian or gluten-free options. It also encourages participation and creativity!

What type of recipe should I avoid for my first show?

Avoid overly complicated recipes that require long cooking times or specialized techniques. Recipes that involve intricate baking or multiple steps can overwhelm guests and may not showcase your products effectively. Stick to something straightforward and engaging.

How can I incorporate Pampered Chef products into my recipe demonstration?

Choose a recipe that highlights several Pampered Chef tools, such as the Food Chopper, the Microplane, or the Mix 'N Chop. For example, while making a "Stuffed Bell Pepper," you can demonstrate chopping vegetables, mixing ingredients, and using the oven-safe cookware, showcasing the versatility of the products.

What should I prepare in advance for my first show recipe?

Prepare as much as you can in advance to keep the show flowing smoothly. Pre-chop vegetables, pre-measure ingredients, and have your tools ready to go. Consider making a sample of the finished dish to show guests what they can expect, which can also encourage sales!
