ChefChris said:for a brunch show on Sat I used the New Brownie Pan and made individual eggs. I crumbled up bacon into each well and then added shredded sharp cheddar and then whisked up 9 eggs with a splash of milk and filled each well up to 3/4. Then into the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste but that is it - so easy and yummy.

mmilus said:Do you think the eggs and bacon would re-heat well? I need something like this that my DD will eat that I can keep in the fridge so she can just grab. This would be perfect because it's protein and it's gluten-free. Has anyone done this? Thanks, Marci
You can make a variety of brownies in a brownie pan, including classic chocolate brownies, blondies, and even flavored brownies like peanut butter or mint. The pan's design allows for even baking, ensuring a delicious texture every time.
Yes! A brownie pan is versatile and can be used to make other desserts such as cornbread, cake bars, and even savory dishes like lasagna or stuffed peppers. Its square shape is perfect for portion control and easy serving.
To ensure even baking, preheat your oven properly and avoid overcrowding the pan. Use a toothpick to check for doneness in the center of the brownies. If it comes out with a few moist crumbs, they are done; if it’s wet, give them a few more minutes.
Absolutely! A brownie pan works well for no-bake recipes like cheesecake bars or dessert bars that require chilling instead of baking. Just make sure to line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
To clean your brownie pan, allow it to cool completely before washing. Use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratching the surface. If there are stubborn bits stuck, soak the pan for a while before scrubbing.
